Hello Hi!,

TOWN HALL MEETING - GROUP HOME RULE CHANGES

On October 2, 2024, AFC providers from across the State had the opportunity to provide their feedback on AFC Group Home Rule Changes for ALL facility types at the Town Hall meeting.

At this virtual event, the suggested rule changes were presented. Providers offered insight and suggestions for additional changes and questions were answered.

PRESENTATION SUMMARY

LARA is in the process of incorporating the feedback provided at the meeting before the rules are finalized for approval. An implementation date of the new rules is not yet confirmed. As new insight is provided, we will provide you with updates.
